Axis2 1.8.1 no longer available for download on official site

Hi, First of all, I am sorry if I missed any message regarding of issues for axis2 1.8.1 (if there are any so far). Will it be re-released? I happened to download it and test it last week, but now I see that download links have been removed from the official site: https://axis.apache.org/axis2/
