You didn't install somewhere configure can find it. Pass OPENSSL_PATH to
configure with the path where you installed it (
Looks like there is a tiny last step to walk but I still wonder how to make it
recognize / which variable to set etc.

openssl version
OpenSSL 1.1.1o 3
rt || features.openssl || features.schannel' failed.
