Trying to hack Qt6 to use ANGLE seems like not an easily maintainable
path considering this is no longer supported upstream. I suspect it may
not be easy, but I don't really know. I'd suggest putting that effort
towards a solution that is more aligned

Much of this is CMake's fault rather than Qt's. Getting CMake to make a
macOS package was an incredibly frustrating experience that took me 1.5
weeks. I reported the issues upstream to CMake:
