I had a similar problem with zlib under iOS, where it worked well on Android
to fix this I had to add LIBS += -lz in my .pro

I installed all the VS 2017 Stuff (v141 Compiler Toolset, v141 ATL and
MFC) under VS 2019 and I still get the same Error! There is another 5.12
to 5.13 Forward Merge in the works - when this has happened, I will test
again and create a Bug Report if it still occurs.
