Qt 5.6 should work just fine under Visual Studio 2010, but i can't find the
binary release [1]. It starts with Visual Studio 2013 in that folder.
Is Qt not providing a 2010 build anymore?

Do you have any issues creating a standard Qt Quick Controls 2 application
against a static Qt? I just tried with a very basic application and it worked
without issues (Ubuntu 16.04, Qt 5.7).
