The best news would be Nokia replace Windows with Qt in the future plans.
I feel better for Qt developers, cause they are going (if willing) to
get job in Digia.
If not counting that, it was already clear that somebody will take
over Qt and first candidate was Digia due to the fact they already

I love you Digia.
Qt will quadruple in size once it's targetting Android/iOS (paying extra is
the norm for Apple fans, so needing a commercial license to release on the
iOS app store will be shrugged off as just another expense).

Digia have always been hard workers including all of
their work on Qt (as a Nokia contractor) before most
of you probably heard of them.
Their statement that they will "bring back focus on Qt's
desktop and embedded platform support" is also welcome

The cross platform frameworks would be the future.

I guess this will clear out the following days, I'm also very
interested (as I was very close to that in community and not)

Yes, this question is quite interesting indeed, and also the
components of Qt that will still get funded development support as I
suspect Digia won't be able to maintain it all?
Let's hope for more good news after that, and a new dawn for our eco system.
