when you are trying to create a folder user.foo&-bar and you are an admin
the server dump core !
having track this down it seems that in function "is_an_imap_admin", in this
case the "auth_newstate" return a NULL which we are trying to free at the
end in "auth_freestate" !!!

I'm in the process of migrating from the UW IMAP and POP servers to Cyrus.
One of my fetchmail users has picked up an inconsistency in the way that
the two POP servers handle the POP3 LAST command. The LAST command appears
to be obsolete, but is still fetchmail's default mode of oper

You can try NetxAPI, I have slightly changed it to work via IO:Socket:SSL and
corrrcted some bugs. It's here: www.bugalux.com/mailman/ for me it works well
and does all job to control Cyrus IMAP.

conversion from the old MessagingDirect server was even easier than
expected. The server started up just fine and then hung. I kill the
master and restart and everything is okasy for a while and then it
