Did you try tailing /var/adm/imapd.log file and check the time when the
user actually logged on and the time

how are u?, i hope fine...
well, the problem is that sometimes my server imap don't response when a
client like Outlook Express ask for new mail...and give me unknow error...so
when i try a few minutes later it work!!!...
what can be this?
