I was having problems with cyradm until I found the posting in the
archive about:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make install
which fixed my cyradm woes.
But I have the same problem with installsieve:
[dsouth@trontos3 dsouth]$ installsieve
Can't locate loadable object for module Cyrus::SIEVE::manages
