I fed configure these arguments.
env CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2/include \
LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2/lib ./configure
--with-sasl=/usr/local/lib \
--with-dbdir=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2 \
--with-openssl=/usr/local/ssl
Of course, mine segfaults when master is run.
