So it still accepts the duplicate message, it just drops it. Your logs
only show one "Delivered" line. Were two copies in the mailbox?
(also: a minute, 40 seconds later? That's a long delay between delivery
and cleanup - what's going on with your mail flow??)

Did you look at the SMTP header ?
Can you post two headers of such duplicates ?
