Hello all, I recently setup cyrus-impad 2.1.12 (along with cyrus-sasl 2.1.12) and created a mailbox called admin using the cyradm tool (cm user.admin). I'm using Outlook 2000 in 'internet' mode to access the mailbox. It would seem that I'm missing something when it comes to creating new mailboxe
