Is Sieve running? RH 7.2 does not have the sieve port defined in
/etc/services by default, so unless you edit that file, Sieve will not
work. I'm using the cyrus-imapd-2.0.16-2rm RPM from
http://rmrpms.tripod.com/cyrus-imapd.

Incidentally, this is an RH7.2 system with the cyrus-imapd-2.0.16-5 RPM
installed.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed, or some documentation we could
