It is "20 most recently deleted mailboxes with the same path"
So if someone delete/create/deletes "user/bovik/some_folder" over and
over again, there will only be a maximum of 20
"DELETED/user/bovik/some_folder/" mailboxes on disk. The
older ones are discarded.
