FYI - SOLVED,
solved, both solutions work
1) change in cyrus.conf and use different imapd.conf - files for pops and
imaps
2) the right name for the option is pop3s_tls_cert_file and
pop3s_tls_key_file,
Only one imapd.conf - file is needed.
