under debian 2.2.19

I try to use cyrus-imap for the first time under debian 2.2.19 with a
tar.gz of cyrus-sasl-2.1.1 and cyrus-imapd-2.0.16. I finished the
compilation of sasl with
#./libtool --finish /usr/lib/sasl2
when I compile the cyrus I have this message:
$./configure
