Isn't there anyone who has done this mistake...
setaclmailbox filexxx cyrus d does not work.
dm gives a permission denied response.
Nor can I delete the folder with an rm command in the shell, the client
(outlook) still lists the folder.

Solved it with a chown command, and made postfix a member of the mail group.

However the system is a debian based, and I have installed both postfix and
cyrus with dpkg (synaptic). The config file are mainly as they where
distributed from the dpkg package.
