I thought there was a 2.0 version of imapd which setgid, but looking in
cyrus-2-0-tail it appears not. Does anyone know if either of the two patches
for this in the archives are safe && work? Or if I can just grab master.c
from HEAD or another tag and have it work?

What is the head CVS branch for 2.0.x? now that 2.1 is HEAD?
I usually look for branches in the CVSweb, but it appears to be down...
