What is the correct procedure to switch database backends without losing
data? Is it possible? I haven't seen a document describing the
process, but feel free to point it out to me if I've missed it.

Cyrus imapd 2.1.15. If Cyrus doesn't have this functionality built-in,
does anybody know of a third party tool to do it?
