I am having trouble compiling cyrus-imapd 2.2.13 on a FreeBSD 4.11p16 machine. I can compile 2.2.12 just fine, and have been using it for many months. I have tried from the FreeBSD port, as well as downloading and compiling myself, with this configure statement: ./configure --with-bdb-in
