;m running a fairly recent cyrus-imapd:
pluto# ls -ld cyrus-imapd-2.2.2.b_2/
drwxr-xr-x 2 root wheel 512 Dec 24 13:34 cyrus-imapd-2.2.2.b_2/
is this something that was known to be a bug, and fixed in 2.2.3? If not,
is there any thoughts on how to debug it?
thanks ..

What are they, and what creates them, and any way to get rid of them?
hub# du -sk db*
19714 db
8173db.backup1
8149db.backup2
Thanks ...

how does this:
hub# strings __db.004|less
g>_|
g>_|
g>_|
g>_|
g>_|
g>_|
hub#
create a 17Meg file:
hub# ls -lt
total 18769
-rw--- 1 cyrus mail 17063936 Oct 29 15:03 __db.004
the whole directory looks like:
hub# ls -lt
total 18777
-rw--- 1 cyrus mail 17063936 Oct 29 15:05 __db.004
Using Cyrus-IMAP 2.2+, how do you remove a virtual domain that is no
longer required? Creating is simple: add a user of [EMAIL PROTECTED] ... if I
remove all users fro that domain, will it auto-clean the directories? If
not, is it safe to just remove the appropriate directories?
we use ingo, which is part of the whole horde framework ...

I've yet to be able to come up with a sieve rule that will allow me to
filter all "garbage" subjects to a seperate folder ... you know the ones
that look like:
Subject: =?euc-kr?q?(=B1=A4=B0=ED)=B5=F0=C1=F6=
I've even tried to use Pine filtering to filter based on 8bit subjects,
but it doesn't p
An odd question, maybe ... but is there a way of setting up POP3 to accept
a compressed connection? and/or any mail readers that support such?
