How can I set the sender in vacation messages ?

Hi all, additionally to any change making configuration more easy, some sort of logging should be introduced. If no vacation gets sent the admin should at last know why. I struggled with vacation nearly a week just because nothing is logged and I had to do a constant trial and error. Johannes
