problem installing cyrus2.1

Hi there! I though I knew how to install and configure Cyrus 2.1, but it looks like I do not... I am using debian GNU/Linux (testing) I installed the packages cyrus21-imapd cyrus21-pop3d and cyrus21-admin. When I try to connect the server I get: postman:/var/spool# telnet postman imap Trying 194
