I've been using CompuSven's E-Mail Shuttle to migrate users from Novell GroupWise systems. As I dont know about Exchange, but GroupWise's IMAP support was far too poor/flakey to consider using other tools like imapsync. Though it's a commercial product which costs money, I have not lost a message y
