I compiled and installed the BerkeleyDB.3.3 new on the server.
The IMAP-book I have talks about version 1.6 and before and
I read I could use 'logout' to end the telnet-session, but
that doesn´t exit the session.
Now that the server runs I can go on understanding the whole
thing
