Having a problem where deleting a cyrus user takes approximately 45
seconds. Using strace I can see that the lag occurs when cyrus goes
through each quota file in /var/imap/quota to try and figure out which
quota file to delete.

We are trying to migrate a batch of users from Imail over to cyrus and
are using imapsync to get the mail transferred. Even though we are
using --subscribe as an imapsync option, the mailboxes are not coming in
with any of the folders subscribed. We don't want every user to have to
go in and subs
In cyrus,what does one user subscribe a folder means?Does it means that the user can see the content of that mailbox
if he has sufficient access right?
if I set allowallsubscribe as 1,is it possible to let the user subscribe a exchange public folder?

I was using cyrus cyrus-imapd-2.2.3-8
eariler and couple of weeks back i have upgraded to
cyrus-imapd-2.2.12-9. I have used same imapd.conf and cyrus.conf of
cyrus-imapd-2.2.3-8 so that my configuration will not break.Since then
i am getting following errors in /var/log/maillog
