Ive got old Redhat 7.2 boxes running imap 2.1.1. The DB version is 3.xx.xx.
Need to upgrade to newer Redhat version.
Ive gone through upgrade-howtos which come with the package.
Yet cvt_cyrusdb will fail under new flavour of Redhat Linux (ES 3.0 ) bcos
of
the Berkely DB incomapibility.
It indeed does NOT include that patch. It includes the cyrus-
imapd-2.2.7-autocreate-0.2.diff patch, which does not perform the
NULL checking on rcpt_userid. So it seems to be an oversight on
YDL's part of not including the latest patch. I'll drop them a line
letting them know, but I have

A few gigabytes spread across ~200 folders. I could 'du -sk' to give
you an exact answer, but the Alpha's disks are *really* slow...

In the meanwhile I've tried the following:
testsaslauthd -u cyrus -p cyrus
and I' received:
0: OK "Success."
Then I've tried:
imtest -u cyrus
and I' received:
