I've installed Cyrus IMAP 2.2.3 and moved over a small number of email
account for the purpose of beta testing the installation. Both fulldirhash
and hashimapspool are set, so everything is hashed. I used the rehash
utility in the tools folder to set everything up. Now I want to bring over
Debian has been renaming any potential offenders (reconstruct, master, etc)
by prefixing them with "cyr" for a VERY long time now. I will do so for
Cyrus 2.2 as well, for every potential offender that has not a "cyr" or "cyr_"
prefix already...

When removing cyrus accounts using cyradm, the scripts for
the user in the sieve directory are also removed. Is there
a way to have a default script created for the user when using
cyradm to create an account, or for that matter to create the
default sieve script when using the imapd.conf autocrea
