On the one machine i have bind 64
ip-addresses.
But the cyrus imap and pop3 daemon should not
listen on all 64 ip-addresses

If you can see your INBOX but nothing
else, you probably
have not subscribed to those other folders. I believe in
outlook you can right click on your inbox, select IMAP Folders, query, and then
subscribe the appropriate folders.
