This list is for cyrus-IMAP not courier IMAP, you may want to try
directing your question on the courier imap mailing list, or possibly
the cyrus-sasl mailing list..

Hi all,
I would like to use Postfix, Cyrus Sasl and Courier IMAP. How can I
configure courier so that it authenticates virtual users using sasl's
/etc/sasldb2 file? Is there anyone who did this before or can you give a
URL for a HOW-TO?

Good morning everyone.
I have a few questions I wanted to ask regarding the cyrus server to see if
it is the solution that I am looking for to implement at our company network.
Basically, the company has one central corporate office and is opening
about 12 branch offices within the next 2 years
Thanks for your prompt response. I forgot to mention that I was trying
this in a Murder, issuing the command on a frontend. When connected to
the bppropriate backend, the command work correctly when the ACL (r) are
given to the admin.

There are also several web front-ends to sieve - search on freshmeat.net
