Hi-
I built a cyrus-sasl-2.1.7-2 RPM from the source RPM, configured it to use
--with-ldap, but when I run saslauthd I get this error. Any idea why?
Thanks!!
[root@Lunar]:/var/log> /usr/sbin/saslauthd -a ldap
saslauthd: unknown authentication mechanism: ldap

Hi,
Here's the scenario:
Today I got myusers in an LDAP db, and I'll soon upgrade cyrus(sasl|imapd).
Now, I'd like to be able to let usert login to imapd with Digest-md5 and other
strong passwords while still keeping the passwords in openldap.
I know that we're all waiting for "the worlds grea

Hi,
I am trying to install Cyrus. I compiled SASL without kerberos, hoping to do
the same for Cyrus.

Some time back I posted a small patch for compiling SASL2 & imapd with
Berkeley DB 4.1 (rather straightforward, just followed the Sleepycat
upgrade docs; worked fine for SASL 2.1.7). But there seems to be a
problem which I didn't notice before, since I had duplicate delivery
suppression turned off.
Hi
I'm having some problems making sendmail and cyrus working together.
Sendmail won't or can't deliver the inbound mails to the user's inbox.
The mail ends up in /var/spool/mqueue/q9SD and I just get a message
in /var/log/maillog:

Hi there,
I am thinking of automatic partition-balancing when creating mailbox.
As of date, partition information should be given as a parameter of cyradm, otherwise
default partition is used. When growing the number of mailbox users and partitions,
it is getting difficult to decide which partitio
