vfilter is a new package to administer email filter over the web and to
modify folder access rights. The created filters are based on procmail.

Im trying to package 2.0.12 as a .deb before I install it. Most of the
cyrus Makefiles seem to take the variable DESTDIR which allows you to
install to a specified dir. Except the Makefile.PL files dont seem to be
passed DESTDIR in any way and results in installation errors as the
