You are welcome. Please tell your friend to bookmark the python docs website

From the standard python documentation on the web at

The value of `sys.executable` is the string that represents the full path and
program name of the python that is executing the print statement.
IOW, “/usr/lpp/IBM/cyp/v3r10/pyz/bin/python3” is the program that is executing.

Long ago, in a galaxy far away, I had access to a 3180, which could be
configured as models 2 through 5 and 2+ through 5+. When configured with an
extended model number it would accept a BIND image from he host. I wrote a
custom LOGMODE and happily ran with a 43x80 primary and a 27x132 secondary
Hi Everyone,
I have friend/colleague developer who is struggling on some Python SDK for ZOS
related information.
He's been going "in circles" trying to find a description of below object and
its properties (other than ".executable"). He's not sure if it is unique to
the Python SDK environment
It was so much easier with th Windows policy agent configurator.

I use the pasearch output to correct my policy agent rules. Sometimes my
coded rules don’t match the pasearch output. It’s very confusing sometimes.
Z/osmf is not helpful.

I found it hard to understand the output of the AT-TLS command pasearch,
and I find it hard to configure AT-TLS manually ( and worse with z/OSMF).
I was wondering if this is a common problem.
I've written a small amount of python which takes the output of pasearch

As we know DFSMS dataclass is the place when most of dataset parameters
can be specified.
For some parameters it is (almost) the only way to specify them - i.e.
zEDC compression, DVC, etc.
However some dataset parameters can be specified in storage class - I
mean striping.

Just a thought, but is it an option to reroute the AS2805 data via MQ from your
public gateway into the z/OS system(s) where the CICS regions live? If so then
you could just use MQ triggering in CICS to start drainer transactions to
process/distribute the incoming MQ messages. The AS2805 data
