Hmm, I've never heard of a texi2pdf script -- this is the same as
`texi2dvi --pdf', right? The simplest way is to say
make groff.pdf

I tried to recreate a new pdf-version of the manual with
texi2pdf groff.texinfo
for the 1.19.2 release. I get (sorry for this...):
