Jörgen Hägg has no longer time (and probably no interest too) to take
care of mm, I believe.

it's fairly easy to get a pixmap for a particular page at the specified
resolution. Comparing th

fix. Is there anyone capable of checking whether Tadziu's suggestion
is correct?

calling the header macro once breaks the behavior
