I was expecting to have to do some work in mom to accommodate
PDFPIC, but it turns out I don't. \X'pdf: pdfpic ...' in PDF_IMAGE
accepts all the image formats I threw at it--without the need for -U.

Hi Jeff, Branden,
the index page looks as if some DOS-style system tried to process
U*X-style linefeeds. Once this problem was fixed, everything aligned
smoothly.
Using regexes I could fix everything. See attachments.

attached from the DWB 2 mm documentation, and it may go back farther
