I had the same collisions.
Unmerge kdevelop using emerge -C kdevelop
do the update und remerge it.

Right at the moment I had the same problems.
I solved it by using the following nvidia driver:
media-video/nvidia-glx
Latest version installed: 1.0.7174-r4
media-video/nvidia-kernel
Latest version installed: 1.0.7174
To install this add the following two lines in /etc/portage/

After reinstallation of kdelibs and kicker I solved this problem.
