I try gentoo once again a few days ago and everything go OK until I install
KDE. Then I see that I got the following symptom that something is wrong

Then I install LibreOffice and OK, but eselect as above still not work properl

what I need to install or set to enable spellchecker in KDE (in kwrite, kate,
kile, kmail)? I set LINGUAS="en" and I install enchant, aspell, aspell-en, but
this didn't work in these applications, so what to do elese to enable

I try today install Gentoo on my PC. Every thing go well until to install
net-dialup/rp-pppoe
then I got:

How to resolve. If I add the 'qt4' flag to USE in
/etc/portage/package.use
this not work. If I set it globally in make.conf USE="qt4" - still not work.
