Hi Enrico, actually it is the way i would like to do it. I have a debian box installed on it, but i would like to move to gentoo. The machine is quite far from me and i don't have easy access to the room. Probably the chroot solution is the best for me. Regards, and thanks to all, Marco On 5/22
