actually the SMP "is" working, as in top shows 2 CPU's. but when i do
an emerge --sync CPU1 stays pegged at 99% and CPU0 stays below 1% the
entire time. this is a dual 200mhz U2 Sparc system, i was just
wondering if this was normal or is there something messed up in my

Im having a heck of a time getting wep to work with either iwconfig or
wpa_supplicant, ive followed the how-to, read over the wiki pages, and
looked at the example file in /etc and i still cannot get it to let me
connect with WEP, i can see the AP, get the freg/voltage etc, but i cant
get an ip fro

my box in a while and when I tried this afternoon and I get this error and cant
seem to get past it. any ideas? actually im getting several emerge errors across
a couple boxes, this is just one of them, different files, but I hope they are
