I saw the same, but it was temporary. I use gpg-agent instead of ssh-agent,
so I assumed it had to do with that, and then the warning disappeared after
upgrading gnupg, but perhaps that was just a coincidence?

That echoes my own sentiment pretty well. OpenRC is one reason I stayed with
Gentoo, because it seemed better to me than the way other distros did things
(well, better than Suse, at least, which was the other distro I tried way back
then).
However, now I default to systemd, because for me it
yself, I *switched to* systemd fully on my own, and definitely
do *not* regret it. I can't speak for all distros, but all of the ones I know
of switched willingly, because for them (as for me), systemd was the better
choice. You're not against choice, are you ;-) ?

test-obsolete (from app-portage/eix) is a useful tool for keeping /etc/
portage/ clean, for which I would also recommend portpeek (specifically
"portpeek -s"). Also, don't forget to run "emerge --depclean" regularly.
Also, while you're doing these cleanups, I would further recommend looking at
your world file and cleaning out stuff you know you don't want and/or need.
That might save you some time.

Ha, I tried to find a way to search only the description, but came up empty
(you *can* search the description by searching
gs with their status set to

it, too (bcachefs?), but I don't know about that.
Maybe at some point ext4 will add support for it, but since I mainly use btrfs
I don't care that much.

to make any :) (so don't add that change back in, since it's pointless anyway).
