My power supply's fan died and ended up really elevating the
temperature in the case during a qt compile. Now I'm seeing all kinds

The option "-l" is a GCC flag that says which library you will
dynamically link to your binary. So, "-lGL" means your linker (ld)
will need GL library. The error above is due to two possibilities:
1- You don't have GL library
2- Your GL library is not in the righ
