I see you have SATA disks but you are running them from the SAS controller? Your lspci output that you also have an " Intel Corporation 631xESB/632xESB/3100 Chipset SATA IDE Controller (rev 09)". Why don't you try running your drives from this controller. That controller will work with the stand
