I've run into this same issue a couple of times. Since I didn't want to
spend too much time fixing it, I just use the vanilla sources from
kernel.org and patch them against grsecurity. Each release of grsec is
dependent on specific kernels, though, so you'd want to check
www.grsecurity.net f

I had the same problem.
There are few solutions I can think about:
1. Ignore this message.
2. Create this file empty.
3. Fix the start up script yourself (add a condition prior to loading the
file).
4. Ask the guys maintaining the start up scripts to fix this problem for
you...

I configured my hardened kernels with "loadable module support"
