as part of my on going effort to make the glibc experience suck less, ive decided to kill USE=userlocales and /etc/locales.build aspects. so what do you get in return ? a bastardized Gentoo version of Debian's locale-gen. now you edit /etc/locale.gen with a slightly diff syntax from /etc/loca
