[gentoo-dev] Maintainer-needed on many of my packages

Hi all, As a followup on my October email, I'm dropping some more packages. In October, I was still at 300+, now I'm at 195, and I think the ~60 odd below should also go out to other developers. The prior email primarily covered packages where I was there maintainer, and there was no herd to take
