Scilab's Scicos ? Not a direct replacement, but there are some similarities.

The sci-mathematics herd (markusle and me) intends to remove from the
tree the following packages we can't maintain:
1) Removal in 7 days (already masked 2 years ago)
sci-mathematics/gturing: unmaintained upstream since 2002
Replacements: unknow
