We (actually mostly soap) rewrote parts of the intel-sdp.eclass and
decided to revbump it. Please review our changes.
Changes are:
* Move from EAPI=5 to 6
* Adopt to changed packaging layout
* Use ABI_ instead of multilib
* Drop eclipse support
* Require all RPM lists to be arrays
