[gentoo-dev] Does DisplayIfInstalled (from news items) support slots?

Currently, when people install media-libs/libpng:1.2 or 1.5 compat slots they wrongly get the old libpng news item: https://www.gentoo.org/support/news-items/2011-10-15-libpng15.html This could be avoided by setting: Display-If-Installed:
