That is debatable. LXQt is released by the merged LXDE and Razor-Qt
upstreams. One could say there are simply two expressions of LXDE now:
one in GTK+ and one in

I've been using all three of them
A lot of small files (e.g. AUTHORS, ChangeLog

differences.

Hi, everyone.
Almost 9 months ago I've committed three new FEATURES for portage:
cgroup, ipc-sandbox and network-sandbox. Today I'd like to propose
enabling at least the latter two by default.
Firstly, I'd like to shortly remind you what they do:
1. cgroup -- puts all processes spawned by ebuil

If you want us to review and test, feel free to ping when it is ready.

Sure, this is a more complex problem.
My point is, for pkg-config files it is relatively easy to fix stuff
that depends on non-standard files (I can write a devmanual section
about that, but err... this is really trivial). The amount of these
downstream pkg-config files is not as big as you might

Hi all,
LXQt 0.7.0 has been released [1].
As it is project different from LXDE and will be supported in parallel
with it, it seems like a good idea add a new category lxqt-base. For
previous discussion see [2] and [3].
The packages that will go into this category are:
compton-conf
libqtxdg
lxqt
Hello, developers and users.
The gx86-multilib project is working hard to bring our users a better
experience in multilib support. Eventually, we would like to phase out
emul-linux and replace it with less flawed multilib-build solution.
However, that requires a lot of work and we need your help.
Hello, developers.
I'd like to raise the following item for discussion: making .xz
the default compressor used by portage for documentation, man pages
and info files. That is, the equivalent of:
PORTAGE_COMPRESS=xz
in make.globals.
Rationale: xz-utils is quite widespread nowadays and it is a
